Hi – I’m enjoying listening – rich and important topic. So gorgeous to hear this spoken.

And I would love it if you might change the image for this blog. Seeing a very young, very thin model with loads of makeup and in a pose that is vulnerable and child-like and a gaze that is distant and pouty – feeds and perpetuates the damaging dominant image of who / how is sexy. This is named in the podcast so even more odd to illustrate this post with it. Yes her face is strong and confident, but very distant. The woodland is great and very sexy!!

Toni, thanks for listening to the podcast and reading the post. I appreciate your concern about the potential conflict in the image, but honestly, there are almost zero images that seemed to depict an energetic connection to nature. Short of going out and taking my own photo (and i’m not a photographer), this was the best overall image. not perfect, but nothing else really came close. if you have access and rights to an image you can offer us that would be better, please send it along!
