Sometimes I’m so overwhelmed with how things appear out in the world that I feel that I can not get off my couch!
I’m horrified by the war on our Mother Earth, on our sacred animals and on our Divine humanity. Even without tuning in to the news, I’m fully aware of the suffering that is present now. I feel it. Sometimes it feels like it will swallow me whole. I can’t breathe! I fall into the illusion that as one person, I can not possibly affect change.
But then I remember. I remember that we are all Divine and all is in Divine order. I promise you that this is Truth.
Every right action filled with Love will vibrate out
a thousand times bigger than it’s original intent.
Every piece of garbage I pick up, cleans our Mother. Every animal I help, saves the endangered. Every act of patience I give my children, heals the abused. Every act of compassion for my fellow beings mitigates the atrocities acted upon us all.
You have a choice. Become powerful with your choice. Change your world by experiencing the sacred in your every movement.

Ram Dass tells us
“The thinking mind is what is busy. You have to stay in your heart. You have to be in your heart. Be in your heart. The rest is up here in your head where you are doing, doing, doing.”
By being in your heart, you will find the sacred in the every day.
