Green Diva Foodie-Phile
Green Diva Lisa is not only a previous co-host of the Green Divas Show, but is my awesome big sister and was a big influence on me as a budding green foodie. This great segment exemplifies why she is the original Green Diva Foodie-Phile! I consider myself pretty hip to all the nutritional tricks and super foods out there, but I had never heard about dried basil seeds. I was amazed to learn that they are very similar to chia seeds and in some cases even better. Read this excellent GD Foodie-Phile post about basil seeds, and makes sure to listen to this interesting GD Foodie-Phile podcast about basil seeds.
