I had fun planning a full day of road tripping – offering to pick up friends and coming up with reasons to travel along some of my favorite road-test-worthy back roads that offered swaying curves and rowdy bumps. Weeeeeeee
Don’t be under any delusion that Green Divas get paid much cash, but when this little cutie rolled up in front of Green Divas HQ (aka my house), there was some compensation in the thrill of being a Green Diva. THIS is a serious test drive.
What to do with all those T-shirts when the time comes when you no longer wear them; when it’s time purge? Clearly us Green Divas believe in donating those that may not have any special meaning. And of course, Green Divas also take those Ts and repurpose, repurpose, repurpose!

Last week I attended the Madison Green forum — touted as the most comprehensive “brainstorming session” to date in the borough — held in the LEED-designated student center, where more than 150 residents, municipal leaders and volunteers gathered.
It is probably time for me to go get a wee bit of an upgrade on my eye glasses prescription . . . I had this fantastic idea the other night to whip up a quick batch of quinoa pilaf and have it with a hearty spinach salad to make a nice healthy winter meal.
