We just got done with our non-consumer focused Earth Day, and now we have to pay attention to the many interesting products that have been piling up for us to review. We focused primarily on healthy, non-toxic skincare products, but there were also those awesome shoes . . . please listen for some fun (and funny) product reviews.

GD Mizar was very busy with wine corks this week . . . not sure where all the wine went, but . . . she is making a lot of fun and easy crafts with corks, including some garden markets she made for me DURING THE SHOW.

Green Dude Eco Ed dedicated his segment to ideas for how to celebrate Earth Day — taking a hike, eating a healthy vegetarian meal, changing light bulbs or participating in Whole Foods Market’s EarthlingMonth.com. Green Dude Eco Ed did a great special segment on ideas for things to do on Earth Day, and GD Mizar focused on fun cork upcycling DIY crafts to support our feature interview with Patrick Spencer of the Cork Forest Conservation Alliance. We learned a lot about cork and what a great resource is it, and why we need to preserve the cork forests!
