Real Electric Cars v. Compliance Cars {video}

Part 2 of our interview with John Voelcker, editor of GreenCarReports.com, about compliance cars – what are they and which no-emission electric cars are considered compliance cars? In Part 1, John explains what a compliance car is, which boils down to car manufacturers doing the very bare minimum in order to comply with California emission rules (which are adopted by quite a few states in addition to California). Turns out to be quite a bummer, especially since some of these compliance cars sound potentially awesome!
