Thanks for the recipes! They sound Yummy!
On the yogurt, it’s not quite clear to me…
Do the cashews get blended with the rejuvilac? What’s the proportion?
And is the whole rejuvelac used or only the grain or the water?
    Thanks,
    DG

thanks daniela – sorry for being unclear. yes, blend the cashew w/ the fluid rejuvilac (not the grain (use a strainer to separate the grain from the fluid). in terms of amounts? i just cover the cashews before blending and add fluid as needed to get a nice smooth consistency. hope that helps! thanks for reading the post and let me know how it works!

GD, thanks for the great recipes. I can’t wait to try these. What do you do with the couple of tbsp. of cashew yogurt (starter)? Does that mean you don’t have to make the rejuvelac or skip some other part of the recipe?

@Barbara S – thanks for reading the post and chiming in! correct – i use a the ‘starter’ from the previous batch of cashew yogurt instead of rejuvelac to get a new batch going. but after a couple of rounds of that, i start over w/ new rejuvelac. 🙂 gd meg
